The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, with a crisp, somewhat light, sweet chocolate roasty, dark chocolate, spicy coffee liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle. The can exploded in my car shortly after it was purchased. Best Before 09/26. Thankfully it was upright so I didn’t lose much beer! Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is tropical citrus, grapefruit mineral. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, oaty, juicy tropical citrus, tart grapefruit, pineapple, mineral, light dank, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
