Description
Our brewery was located in Uckfield, East Sussex and we had a Oban 10BBL, 2-Vessel brewery with 400kg mashtun and custom-made copper/whirlpool. 4x fermentation vessels - 2x conical and 2x open-topped.

Our brewery is now (since May 2026) located in our bar “The Tasting Room” in the heart of Worthing, West Sussex. We have a 2.5BBL(400 litre), 2-Vessel brewery with 100kg mashtun. 2 open-topped fermentation vessels are currently located in the back room with 2 conical fermentation vessels hopefully coming soon and will be situated directly in the bar.

We created Merakai Brewing CO. on a foundation of Equality, Taste, and Community. From the people we collaborate with, the communities we support, and the people we employ.

We know there are like-minded people out there who are looking for something different, a change from the ‘norm’ and mainstream.

If you don’t think craft beer is for you. If you don’t feel or see yourself represented, we see you. Our craft beers are created and made for you and people like you.

Large foamy white head stayed on a hazy vivid lemon coloured body. Zesty lemon, grapefruit & white wine aroma. Medium to thin, foamy dry & clean on the tongue. Grapefruit, white wine, chalky & lemon tastes with a bitter finish. That's sharp.

Keg at Ascot Tap. Very malty in here so that overpowers the beet! Getting sweet citrus. Ha,y mango orange. Thin foamy translucent white head. Medium-heavy bitter resin, immediately followed by sweet pulpy stone fruit. Vinous hints Medium bodied. Creamy. Pithy. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable.

Can bought at Twisted Crow, Basingstoke. Aroma has stone fruit alongside a woody streak. Hazy pale orange. Foamy white head. Sweet sugary st9ne fruit. Tangy spur edge. Hints of pine. But it's the fruit and oat mile that really resinate.. Light-medium bodied. Sl8ck to creamy. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Vert pleasent drinking.
