Description
LOC Brewery brews quirky, craft beers that are a voyage of discovery for the taste senses. It is our ambition to conquer the world with this. LOC Brewery wants to experiment with flavours, herbs, fruit and even let beers mature in wooden barrels.
LOC Brewery is an initiative of Roy Maas (he left in 2018), Erwin Schellekens, Daniel Tano and Paul Cools. The four know each other because their children were in the same class, so they met in the schoolyard. In December 2014, LOC Brewery started brewing small amounts of beer. Since then, brewing has accelerated to meet the demand from tastings and events. The first beer was launched in June 2015.

Samma i smaken.

Opaque straw blond with thin soapy head. Flavour has a lot of citrus pith. The beer comes alive in the finish with greater hop intensity and juicy orange and tropical fruit.

Straw blond with no head. Aroma is very citric. A little lemony. Flavour is refreshingly sharp. The tropical fruit hop flavour comes through well and adds a refreshing dry bitter finish. Perfect thirst quencher.

Fat bryggarnas bar på 3 långgatan. Ganska mörk rostad färg. Oh doften annorlunda .

Hazy pale blond colour. Aroma and flavour have plenty of light sweet malts. Just a touch of citrusy, fruity hop. Really clean and refreshing.

Murky dark blond colour with quick fading head. Aroma starts with some fruity pineapple. The flavour alternates between the two with sweet coconut dominating a little too much. Other than that it's a pleasant juicy IPA.
