Tap at První Pivní Máj. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Lychee dominates the tropical, juicy aroma, and the taste continues along the same route. My notes cut off there but I do remember it well nuff. Good stuff.

Tap at Maly pivo. Thin body, medium carbo. Medium sourness, little else. Not very beery. Considering everything that went inside, not much of it is actually felt. Mostly classic citrusy sour ale. Light matcha and mint. Drinkable, good.

Tap at Brustok. Clear yellow-golden body, white head. Some grape and orange in the lightly herbal aroma. Dry taste, lightly yeasty, grainy, bit citric, ending nicely dry and bitter, herbal. Solid take!

Bottle shared at work. Probably one of the most interesting uses of Barbe Rogue I’ve ever seen, got a very exciting underlying berry-fruityness to the grassy-grainy base, interesting twist

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky dark pink body, no head. Coffee aroma, light chocolate touches, bit citric. Lean, tart citric taste, light coffee, vague bitterish touches in the finish. Simple, works!

Bottle @ Hopaholic. 3 months past its BBD, points are adjusted accordingly. Its taste is decent, reminds me of a sweet stout. In taste, however, it has some unpleasant sourness.

Bottle at Base Camp. Med-light smokiness, feels nice. But also moderate appley esters present in both aroma and flavour, while the hops are mostly absent in aromatics. Light earthy flavour. With a BBD of 21.5.2025 it can't be old either. Just a miss without any excuse. Not terrible, but average.

0.75l bottle with Gurthnar. Murky pale brown off-white thick head. Smokey, bit phenolic aroma, plenty of banana. No hops. Lean, dry taste, salty smoke and banana again, ending bitterish, not tart really, bit some hops, floral, citric, lightly fruity, getting better as it warms. The taste is actually pretty well balanced in the end, I ended up liking it!
