Bottle from BaseCamp. The cutest of all labels! Slightly hazy dark amber-copper, off white head. Soft aroma, raisins, light peppery hoppiness. Smooth taste, malty, grainy, somewhat lightly flowery, caramel, but not that sweet really, lightly soapy, lightly flowery. Slightly too dry. Okay really.

Tap at Draft Craft. Pretty strong worty aroma and flavour, this does not really seem to have utilized any special yeast, as they claim in marketing. It tastes just like raw unfermented wort. The bitterness is correspondingly sharp and high, overwhelming anything else. Citrusy hops character present, but overall this is quite hard to drink. Not good.

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, light amber colored. AROMA- apple, pear, medlar, spicy, clove, vanilla, honey, pale plums, pleasant alcohol. FLAVOR- smooth, dry, lightly bitter, a bit warming, pear, apple, spicy, alcohol, medlar, peach and apricot puree. Full bodied. Tripel as it should be, clean, tasty. Really nice.

Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, light brett, tyart fruit, green apple. Medium body, avarage to lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 231020
