Начав, как любители, с одной контрактной варки, благодаря энтузиазму и желанию развиваться мы дошли до размеров компании, выпустив уже более 200 различных сортов.

Appearance: hazy, multifruit juice colour, small white head of low retention. Aroma: fat tropical fruit, juicy. Sour milk. Taste: light sour and sweet. Thin. Diluted multifruit juice. Sour milk. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: not bad for that ABV.

Süffiger, weich fruchtiger Beginn. Süß-säuerlich, Laktose, keine Herbe, spritzig, trockener Hintergrund. Beeren bleiben intensiv, süß-würzig, vollmundig. Langer Abgang, rote Beeren, gut. 10/11/12/12/10/12

Can, 0.50l, shared with Jürgen. Aroma of mango, passion fruit and resin. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy off-white head and floating yeast particles. Taste starts with sweet caramel and resin, following is juicy tropical fruity and mild medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Russian tropics…

Can at home, orange beer, small head. Aroma is hops, citrus, orange, tangerine, fruit. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet. orange, tangerine, grapefruit, quite a bitter dry aftertaste, very nice.

Appearance: Cloudy deep gold with a large off-white head od decent retention. Aroma and taste: Grapefruit, resin some malts, a hint of sulphur. Light sweet, light to medium bitter. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Quite OK.

Appearance: hazy yellow to orange with a moderate white head of low retention. Aroma: wheat bread, banana, corn, overripe apples, light clove. Taste: pretty the same. Light sweet. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: a middle-of-the-road hefe. Bad value.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice creamy tan head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, caramel, vanilla, coffee, chocolate and hops. Nice roasty finish.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are little smoke, caramel, malt, notes of chillies, fruits and has a nice smoky finish.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy golden juice. Aroma and taste are rich mango, passion fruits, lactose acid and malt. Nice and juicy sour finish.
