From can at Mout Bierfestival Nijmegen 2020. Firm bittersweet taste with an aroma of fruity hop, citrus, grass, pineapple, and further tropical notes. A little hopburn, could be more smooth. Medium body. Overall pretty good.

Can, 0.50l. Aroma is resinous, tropical fruity, herbal and slightly skunky. Pours hazy dark golden color with thin creamy off-white head and fair lacing. Taste starts medium sweet resinous and biscuity, following is refreshing fruity, toasted and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Rock on...

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and fairly dry, good fine minerally crispness. A definite cereal quality to the pale malts, gives this a unrefined feel. Crisp orange hops, fair bit of orange peel. Touch of Mandarin. Light and semi sweet pine. Finishes light and semi dry. Could have been a winner if not for the slightly raw malts.

500 cl can from Mallorn - Cheers! 🍻. Creamy white head left a rocky cover on a hazy amber body. Hoppy aroma with stewed fruit & apricot. Medium to full bodied, super smooth with tingle on the back. Bitter fruit, stewed fruit, under ripe stone fruit, pine & grapefruit tastes. Not had a DIPA for ages - good one!

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Canned: 30/5/19. Hazy ochre with a thin, unstable, frothy, white head. Aroma of whtie bread, ripe peach, pineapple, apricot, wort, onion. Taste is medium fruity sweet, notes of peach & apricot, quite bready, malty, wort note almost, bitter stonefruit & pine with dank onion underneath. Sourish touch before ending dry, floral, resinous hoppy, rather weird yeasty & wort note, more dank & drying, hint of gin-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Just okay but rather messy.

Can at home. Hazy murky yellow orangy color, small off-white head that diminishes quite quickly. Aroma is lightly malty with a nice tropical fruit hoppiness. Flavor is lightly malts, hops, lightly tropical but surprisingly with a very nice bitterness. Lingering bitterness even, although it also has some hopburn. Nonetheless, I quite like it.
