[ As Craft Academy Over Easy ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet matl ,fruity malt, light butterscotch - toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, butterscotch notes. [ As Craft Academy High & Dry ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, earthy hops, sweet malt, pale malt. Clear amber beer, thin head. Light citrus and rye aroma. Taste is rye, a bit of lemon. Really dry and fresh. Not the tastiest rye beer and not especially complex but it’s nice and a good solid flavour.

Bottle at the George, Southwark. Clear and golden brown. Lots of carbonation but almost no resultant head. Grass, wet grain and a papery note on the aroma. The taste is sweet at first, but just short of sickly. However the long finish is notably drier, with orange peel, TCP and an odd savoury note (almost meaty) in the aftertaste. It’s a mess but it’s not all that bad. Drinkable by both lager and Greene King standards.
