Description
We launched in December 2017 as a small team with big ambitions to make beers bursting with flavour. Inspired by the outdoors and our love for adventure, we began to develop a surreal and exciting world to reflect the flavour of our beers. Hops climb mountains, barrels dwell in caves and mischievous fruits roam free.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear, very dark, mahogany brown. Swirl and halo of leggy, lasting, lacing, tan head. Nose has cherry truffle chocolate. Gianduja. Roast chocolate malt. Chocolate milkshake syrup. Some burnt caramel. Some sweet vanilla. Taste is sweet and tangy cherry juice. Full on, roast malt, chocolatey bitterness. Sits on the palate surprisingly dry and fruity. Medium body. Low carbonation. The cherry juice is mouthwatering. Never feels the ABV. Not ever. Cherry and dark chocolate to finish. Whoa. Another absolute delight from this brewer. The way they make an 11% beer feel 6% is astonishing.

Can split at Level 6, thanks to Tipple, 05/09/18. Hazed yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is orange creme, vanilla soda, sweet malts, melon smoothie. Taste comprises vanilla milk shake, peach, mellow citric peel, soft brioche. Medium bodied, fine carbonation semi drying close with light juicy hop bitterness. Ok for the ABV bit a touch sweet and sickly in places.

Can. StarmoreBoss, Sheffield. Happy to drop on this, unexpectedly. Deep, cola brown. Thin and dense, leggy, lasting, beige head. Nose has coffee and vanilla truffle. Maple syrup. Coffee bean. Cherry chocolate. Taste is syrupy sweet, with a full on, coffee, and roast malt, cocoa bitterness. Smooth, slick, and silky mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Robust bitterness to finish, with that chocolate and maple sweetness lingering throughout. How did this brewery go from nothing to awesome so quickly?

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Tips for the can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is very light, superfine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts, fair dose of vanilla. Decent candy fruits. Trace of citric bitternes on the finish. Good fun, wouldn't want a pint.
