Clear light blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: grains, cardboard, hay, oxidized, some cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: clean lager, malty, grains, pretty bitter, grassy. Aftertaste: a bit oxidized, cardboard, hoppy, lovely, bitter, nice!

Cloudy beige blond beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity start, funky, earthy, some tropical fruit, a bit floral, zesty, lots of citrus, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet start, juicy, alcohol, zesty, good bitterness, quite the hop burn. Aftertaste: a bit soapy, hoppy, bitter, a bit sugary, hoppy, spicy touch, ok. Not great. Smelled better.

A murky bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, tangerine, yeast. Taste of yellow stone fruits, apricot, mango, yeast, tangerine, mild bitterness.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Hazy yellow white head. Pineapple and herbal hops aroma. Juicy flavour, pineapple, mild vanilla, herbal hops. Feels very fresh.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, too sweet, there is a near sugary sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine, mild hop spice, reasonably bright citrus. More sweetness from modern Mosaic. Light and semi dry finish. I stopped buying Seven Island beers sometime back as I found them too sweet. This toe dip back in the water is not going to change my mind about buying more!

6/9/2025. Can from Beerdome online store. Black pour with a deep tan coloured head. Good pour. Dark chocolate, hazelnut, roasted aroma. Deep chocolate, rich, boozy taste. Not quite the body expected but enjoyable.
