Black color with brownish small creamy head. Lean beer, very mild roasted malt character, not much hop quality, although there is at least some hop resins.

Amber color, dark and clear, with red hue, small head. Mild aroma of caramel, but also a bit creamy and buttery. Dry mouthfeel; the malt has some caramel and paper flavor; the hopping is not very expressive.

Golden color, clean, with medium sized head. Nice aroma, typical Mosaic profile, but also grass, carnation. Dry mouthfeel, the malt has a cereal and paper flavor; strong bitterness, resiny but not much fruity, into a finish that is too dry.

Black appearance with medium head. Malts in the aroma, a bit fruity as well. Taste is roasted malts and something very weird which I can’t quite tell. Finish is dry, smooth mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

200ml draught, 5.8 % abv, one of three house beers at the excellent All Bar One in Basel. Filmy and patchy layer at the top of an unclear red-brownish coloured body. Citrus aromas, red oranges to the fore, a spicy touch to it. Malt-fruity flavours with moments of ripe fruits, citrus shells and subdued malty sweetness. Long-lived, bittersweet ending. Natural soft carbonated. Fine bodied. Likable (28.07.2014).

200ml draught, house beer, 5.8 % abv, at All Bar One in Basel. A remaining patchy surface to a near-clear, red-brownish coloured body that laced well. Aromatic with mild citrus peels and caramel. Has got a taste profile containing mid-sweet, brittle caramel balanced by citrus shells followed by a well-rounded, mid-dry bitter ending. Well bodied. Pleasant stuff (28.07.2014).

Draught, 250ml, house beer, 4.8 % abv, at All Bar One in Basel. Served at a very fine drinking temperature. Clear golden coloured body. A bubbly ring to the rim of the glass, fair lacing. Grassy hops on the nose with a touch of ginger beneath. Fresh fruit hoppy taste mingled with hints of ginger. Mid-sweet and mid-dry ending. Clean and refreshing. A bit thin on the swallow. Summer feel, alright (28.07.2014).

Flaske 330ml. Gave fra Rune. Gyldenbrun med et visst rødskjær. Middels høyt tett skum med litt lacing. Aroma av søt malt & frukt. Smaken har krydderpreg. Avslutninga er tørket frukt.
