Aroma is moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, citrus, flowers - nectar. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, flowers - elderflowers ! Bottle 330ml.Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, candy, butter - fudge. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a long to average duration, spicy - herbs ?? tea - candy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Orange with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, sugar and tea. Sweetish malty flavour with sugar and tea notes and strong alcohol in the finish

Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours cloudy orange with a bubbly head. Vague butter and green herbs. Dammn. Cloying. A bit Thin. Nasty!

Milder, fast wässriger Antrunk mit leichter Fruchtnote, die aber im Geruch weit deutlicher erscheint. Auch im Verlauf bleibt das Bier wässrig und kann sich in keinster Weise entfalten. Im Abgang noch kurz hell getreidig. Entäuschend lasches Sommerbier. Danke an Erzengel! 12/5/8/4/9/4
