5% ABV. can that pours a clean, very, very light golden colour with a fizzy head that disappears in a second. Pear juices for nose and hints of bubblegum. The taste is the same and the sugars are not too much, as in not too sweet. More on the fruity pear side of things. Decent.

Third cider of the night, can from LCBO. Pours a very light yellow colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly with no lacing at all. The nose is like outdated grains, with the mild apples in the background. The taste is better with all the honeycrisp apple light taste. I have had Growers cider in the past, and like them. This is probably my least favorite one.

The color is very pale, almost water. Huge aroma of sweet artificial fruit candy, bubblegum. Sweet, tooth aching, artificial pineapple and peach.
I wouldn’t be excited to drink this even if I think of it as a pop.

355ml can. (5.0% ABV) Pours a clear yellow-orange with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet fruity aroma of artificial peach and apple. Sweet fruity flavour of artificial peach, apple and sugar with some tartness in the finish. Light body with a sticky texture and fizzy carbonation. Not very good, this could almost pass for a soda.

330mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out artificially sweet green apple and cloying sweetness. Flavour is similar, with cloying green apple sweetness. Nasty.

2015 Toronto trip +++ Sampled from a 473 ml can this cider poured an extremely pale yellow color with a medium sized soapy white head that faded amazingly quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet apple flesh. The flavor was sweet and tart apple flesh and honey. Long finish. Light body. Yummy.

330 ml bottle. Pours an oily mineral water color with lots of carbonation. No aroma. Flavours of light pears and vanilla. Very light though cannot detect the ABV. Blah.

Light yellowish tan-green sort of colour. Smells like a fresh pear - but a little too strong, to the point where you know it’s artificial. And then it dies...flavour is ghastly. It’s sweet, but tastes more like aspartame, and fades into a harsh chemical finish. Where’d that phony pear go? Horrific.
