Unclear dark golden, big foamy head. Pine, passion fruit, mango, herbal hops, citrus, papaya, some lactose. Hoppy fruity bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonated, milky texture, dry hoppy finish. Nice IPA!

Sampled draft @ zum Bierjohann. Black, little mocha head. Nose is coffee, mocha, sweet, sugar, milk chocolate with low soy sauce. Taste is cinnamon, vanilla, candy, low soy sauce, bit messy but overall tasty, mocha, dash of soy sauce, milk chocolate.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Mash Beer Festival 2018", Barcelona (Spain). Clear light golden colour with almost no head. Aroma is intense and full of cucumbers with the addition of some wheat and yeast. Cucumber is also dominating the taste leading to a medium sour finish. Obviously a beer full of cucumber with a slightly sour presence and finish. Next one please!

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Mash Beer Festival", Barcelona (Spain). Cherry red colour with a big head that remains short until the end. Aroma is lacto, rhubarb, red berry and cherry. Taste is intense red berry and cherry leading to a yoghurt sour finish. Low carbonation and body. Medium to intense acidic finish. Next one please!

4 oz pour on draft at Aslin's 3rd anniversary party. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of pineapple, tropical fruit. Tastes of pineapple, tropical fruit, tart notes. Light body with a dry finish.
