Bottle, just within date, but like 10 months old. Pours cloudy amber with a big white head. Aroma is old piney hops, some caramel. Body is medium, very bitter with some very residual sweetness. Palate is short and bitter as well. Okay, but clearly too old, they shouldn’t give it a one year date.

Tap at Alehouse. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is tropical fruit, light citrus. Body is light and crisp, with some fruit in the background, yet a bit thin altogether. Most of the mouth experience is just carbonation. Still, not so bad.

Bottle. Very carefuly spiced beer, the traditional pumpkin spices are clearly present, but do not overpower the beer completely as is often the case. Playing well with moderate caramelly honeyish maltiness. Hops in the background. Bitterness present in balancing amount, but one perceives the spiciness more. Easy drinking. Good one.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours almost clear brown with a medium short-lived head. Aroma of a gingerbread man with pumpkin in it. Huge chunk of fall/winter spices like cinnamon, ginger, caramel, toasted malts. A tad too sweet, but almost like the real deal. Medium taste with continuing spiced flavours. Carbonation is low but supporting enough. Palate stays true to the beer. Well done, Archie!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a reddish hue and a huge and very lively, beige head. Sweet roasty nose, quite delicious. Medium body, sweet roasty, some coffee astringency. Very heavy on the roast yet still rounded. Carbonation is a little excessive. 270916

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a huge and frothy white head, leaving some laces. Nose is subtle spice, as in lemongrass, but quite refreshing. Medium body, a dry fruitiness with an extremely bitter finish. A little off-balance, the late bitterness is quite extreme.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a small, lacing off-white head. Sweet tropical juice in the nose - if not exactly overly intense. Rich, sweet, malty body, quite caramellish, somewhat peachy. Some good, late bitterness. Decent. 270916

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Pleasant aroma of sweet ginger. Medium body, very soft on the palate, dry and very gingery - no bite though. Ends very dry and slightly astringent. As a ginger beer considered this is not too bad. 270916
