In my opinion, it is a classical beer with influence of Austria. The taste is malty, few hop, a bit bready, classical and easy to drink, 16.12.16, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle, picked up from the brewery on my 6 country road trip. Pours black with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, coffee, nuts, bread, earth, toffee & roasted malt. Medium body. Smooth finish
