Description

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #492.
Milky yellow with a big white head. Mild citrus aroma with some wheat and spice. Sweet taste with a sour note. Low bitter finish. Nice witbier.

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before September 2022. Hazy, pale golden with a massive, dense, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, moderately yeasty-spicy aroma of peach, light citrus, some banana and a touch of clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral taste of lots of clove, nutmeg, grains, light banana and hints of citrus, followed by a short, fairly yeasty-spicy, moderately bitter finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Okay.
