Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy reddish golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, bread, rye bread, porridge, apples, apricot, bananabown sugar, cinnamon cookies, nutmeg and yeast. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fudge, bread, apple, apricot, banana, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar and yeast. Very nice.

Jens Smagning 11/04/2024 - dark roasted and sweet malty with lots of chocolate, coffee roast, burnt caramel, some singed brown sugar, full bodied, dark roasted malty finish. Good stuff.

Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, beetroot, and dark chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, beetroot, and dark chocolate, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 8.5% in celebration of my 20th Ratebeer anniversary. Caramelly aroma, slightly spicy. Hazy dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweetish, nicely caramelly and quite yeasty. Good spicy hop note. Yeasty finish with yeast bite. Without the yeast notes it would have been good, I think.

Bottle as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with estery notes and mild touches of hops. Bitter flavour of hops, with sweet notes of caramel malt, yeast and bread, and spicy and metallic touches. Bitter and malty aftertaste with acidic and estery touches. Given with love. Thank you, my dear little princess for this gem!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is smoky, some snuff, tobacco and mild floral and fruity tones too. Flavour is tobacco, some herbal, mild grassy and some hemp tones with mild grainy and toasted tones.
