Draught@SOPP 2021 Lahti. Hazy amber colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is grains, some sweet malts and mild earthy and herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some mild floral and bready tones.

Draught@SOPP 2021 Lahti. Hazy orangeish-amber colour with a small off-white quickly vanishing head. Aroma s bananas, some juniper and grains. Flavour is grains, some bananas, mild yeasty and some juniper tones. Nice and very easy going.

Draught@SOPP 2021 Lahti. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some wheat, citrus and mild bananaish and yeasty tones. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some bananas and mild yeasty spiciness to it. Mellow and very refreshing.

On tap at SOPP 2022 Helsinki. A bit hazy medium amber with no head. Sweet with banana, malt and light juniper.

Sampled at SOPP Helsinki 2022. Poured mahogany dark with a huge foam. Bready rich aroma with some rye and sweet malts. Light sour notes. Feels light for the ABV.

33cl bottle. At SOPP Helsinki 2022. Poured clear golden in color. Malty bready and some toast. Clean but boring. Light in flavor.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at SOPP Helsinki 2022) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A decent but too sweet malty brew.

Tap @ SOPP Helsinki 2022. Poured light amber. No head. Strong baking soda in aroma, some juniper. ovverripe banana. It is Sahti alright.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 03/2022 Aroma has eipe fruity yeast tones typical for sahti. Also some floury wheaty notes. Flavour starts somewhat tart with citrus and orange and then turns into fruit candy and orange marmalade. Emptyish finish with lingering citric tartness. No signs of sahti or juniper in the taste. Odd and unusual, I wonder whether the tartness here is intentional? Anyhow this isn't that bad, could work as thirst quencher.
