0.33 l bottle from 'DeBiersalon.nl', best before October 2025. Very hazy, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of caramel, overripe banana, clove, nutmeg, raisins and cherry. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, overripe banana, clove, raisins and some cherry, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly roasty finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Dunkelweizenbock, just too effervescent.
