750ml wired cork bottle from BeerGinVino. 2014 Vintage. Opened with a loud pop. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, bready, white wine. Taste is sweetish, then tart & tangy apple, fruity, citric, zesty, with vanilla & white wine notes, and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from the Chiltern Brewery shop, 29/01/17. Clear pale golden with carbonation well evident, the initial pour provides a big head of thinly knit white bubbles which thin but retain very well. Nose is crisp apple, straw, light vanilla, sweet apple. Taste comprises apple pulp, champagne yeast tones, straw, light citric notes, apple skins. Medium body, spritzy carbonation with a crisp drying close. Nice refreshing stuff ... dangerously drinkable for the ABV but I could certainly crush a few bottles of this on a hot summers day watching the cricket.
