Almost clear amber with a creamy head. Caramel, lemon, grassy hops, some basement notes, slightly metallic, raisins, dark bread. Dry zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty caramelly bittersweet finish. Quiet a good Amber Lager!

clear golden colour, one inch of dense, ecru-ish white head; aroma of canned sweetcorn, grains, some hay, metallic and slight herbal notes; taste of canned sweetcorn with quite intensive metallic-hoppy bitterness; quite watery, but drinkable NA beer

Disparate off-white head over copperish, clear beer with some verdigris reflections. Dusty, chalky nose, rainwater, faraway liquorice. Sweet, lightly coloured malts, again some liquorice. Good Vienna-like malts, bready, leafy. Light beer, medium carbonation. Decent and mild maltbomb. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Tap at Kaiser Franz, Zürich, in the city centre. Golden-blonde with a small head and small carbonation. Fairly ordinary lager, perhaps tasting a tad lighter than its strength.
