Cloudy loght blond color, with an incredible amount of solid particles suspended. Simple aroma, classic in Switzerland, with light malt, cereals and hop. Dry mouthfeel, light body, poor flavor; and the hop infusion was too long resulting in too much ending bitterness (which I didn’t recall from many years ago).

(Bottle 33 cl) An organic, dark blond hemp beer - well, it had to come eventually. Unfiltered and lightly hazy, small, dense and quite stable head. Sweetish, almost fatty beer, but at the same time dry and aromatic with only a discreet bitterness. Lovely spiced from the hemp. Very nice indeed. 120702

Bottled. Pale golden, cloudy. Lightly bready, fresh and light bodied with lingering bitterness.
