500ml swing-top bottle bought at Pivovarský Klub in Prague. Shot followed by smoke when opened. Rocky beige head, mostly diminishing. Dotted spots on the glass. Clear amber body. Brown malty aroma, caramel and almond. Mid-dry brown malty flavours, hints of buttery caramel, prunes, and bread. Distant bitter endnotes. Soft. Just alright (Cabin, Elbe Princesse, Elben 02.07.2016).

Ein wirklich tolles Bier. Auch dieses habe ich bereits vor einigen Jahren getrunken und jetzt steht es wieder vor mir. Und auch diesmal würde ich wohl eine so hohe Bewertung geben. Es hat einen schönen vollen Malzkörper, aber lässt noch PLatz für den Hopfen, der mit schönen Hauearomen besonders zum Abgang überzeugt. Ein klassisches, vollmundiges Bier, bei dem alles richtig gemacht wurde.

Praha 2016 @ igazán lepusztult de igazi cseh-ó. Kapszulás, étbevonós, édeskés, mégis könnyed vizes, nem túl erőltetett opat-féle.

0,5l bottle bought a day ago at Pivoteka Ceska, Brno. BB 23.05.2016. light yellow clear shiny color, medium big off-white head. has a weird fruity smell, krausen, grinded barley, light sweetness. not a fan of the smell. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes rather sweet, oats, flour, grinded malts. finishes somewhat sweet with notes of cereal. dont like this at all.

On tap. Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe mit schönen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch mild hopfig, floral bitter. Geschmack blumig, angenehm hopfig bitter, würzig, süffig.

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Pours golden with a huge offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grain, butter, some sourness, little hay. Flavor is malt, grain, light sour, light buttery notes, hay. Thin body, average carbonaton, light acidic finish. 211015

Medium, just off-white head over clear, faintly copperish golden beer; lacerings. Dry, bit hoppy nose over sweeter grains & malts. Cucumber flavour, enhanced by the spritzy CO². Greenmalts? (could be, as the brewery uses its own floormalting). Spritzy, light. Not so bad at all, Jiri!
