Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with notes of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery notes and touches of malt. High carbonation. Bitter aftertaste with estery notes. Okay. Quite reasonable for the style, actually.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a neat, beige head. Nose is subtle roast, with a little metallic edge. Medium body, roasty, ashy, has a vague tartness, some licorice. But a decent light Porter. 220118

At a tasting, thanks, smallish creamy bubbly head, dep brown color with a bit of red hues, aroma of dark bread and nut with a mineral hint, flavor of dark bread, smoked wood and some caramel and vanila. Nice.

Bottle @ home. Hazy amber color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, hops, lightly resinous. Taste malts, sticky hops lightly, resinous a bit, nice resinous hop bitter finish. Medium body and decent carbonation. Quite nice.

Tap at Alles Elbe. Cloudy amber, offwhite lowish Head. Gunpowder apple cider aroma. Medium full but tartly dry body - indeed a mix of Weizenbock and secco, cool. Apple notes, cummin, allspice, clove, banana - all off it! Really interesting, a worthy experiment.

Tap. Clear amber, offwhite lace. Tropical,peach, grassy, lychee hops - slightly stronger on the palate than in the nose. Lightly resinny stickiness, cookie malt , clean grassy finish. Nice.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a dark, reddish color and an off white head. Nose is burned malts, some citric aroma and hints of nuts. Taste is malty and slightly nutty, still some metallic/mineral flavors. Coffee at finish.
