Taster at Mel's. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is white toast, lemongrass, caraway, and hay. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, noble bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. Simple, hoppy pils.

Tap at ABC Awards ceremony. Red color with pinkish head. Very fruity aroma with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, touch of peach. Taste si very complex multi fruit juice with above mentioned components. Light vanilla and sourness in finish. Where is my vodka?

Sweet, caramel, toffee, sugary, hoppy, milky, fatty, jammy

33cl bottle. A murky dark golden beer with a huge off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, some lactose, yeast, coconut. Taste of tropical fruits, dank, passionfruits, yeast and lactose.

44cl can. A clear orange golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelized red malt, some resinous hops and nuts. Taste of resinous hops, red fruits, caramel, red malt. Moderate to long bitter finish.

Dieses Bier wurde eigens für den Samstag des Craftbier-Fest im Frühling 2023 gebraut wurde. Es ist ein IPA, das mit Yuzu, einer chinesischen Zitrusfrucht gebraut wurde. Dabei war es spritzig-zitronig zu trinken und hatte einen schönen ZItronengras-Abgang. ABer irgendwie konnte es mich nicht komplett überzeugen. Kann man gut trinken, aber das Bier hört sich nach mehr an als es dann wirklich ist.

Ich hatte schon ein paar wenige Biere, die mit Schwarztee und Bergamotte verfeinert wurden und dies ist zwar gut, aber nicht das beste. Es hat schöne Noten nach Earl Grey und auch genug davon, aber mit den klassischen Biernoten nach Hopfen und Malz harmonieren andere besser ( ich denke da an das Äquivalent von Next Level).
