0,33l bottle at home coutresy of amzngwrldfood, big thanks. BB 28.02.2017. copper almost clear color, medium big off-white head. smells of pines, sices, lemon grass, bit parfumy, light citric, lightly sour. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, lightly sour, parfumy, lightly yeasty, spices, light pines, rather peppery. finishes lightly bitter with notes of spices, some yeast and light pines. overall good one, more like an belgian ipa, rather yeasty, also gets a bit too sour once it warms up, but overall still enjoyable.

Hell hopfiger, eher dunkler und dumpfer Antrunk. Herb hopfig im Mittelteil, die Fruchtigkeit wird frischer. Dahinter moderat malzig bleibend, steigend würzig, langer Nachhall mit geringer und weicher Bitterkeit. Gut. 8/11/12/14/10/12

Bottle. Beautiful dark amber-ruby color with huge eggshell head. Aroma is earthy, berries, malty, hints of coffee. Taste is earthy, spicy, some rosemary, bready. Dry, slightly bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel, a bit watery, low carbonation. Very good!

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Floral aroma hops with a hint of spice and some tropical fruits. Little butter. Medium body with a matching carbonation. Some spices again on the tongue, mint, refreshing. Floral palate, medium length.

33cl bottle from a trade with SinH4! Fast klare orange braune Farbe, große beige schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm röstmalzig, nussig und karamellig. Geschmack nussig malzig, karamellig, leicht schokoladig, dezent hopfig, leckeres Altbier!

Cloudy yellow with little white head. Aroma is fizzy tablet, green stuff, lots of wheat and some yeasts. Also fruits. Taste is shallow sourness, dusty... More sourness in the finish. Lots of fusels. Meh.

Clear amber with little white head. Aroma is melon, grassy hops, maybe some herbs, maybe butter. Taste is a mix of fruity fresh sourness and some bitter dry tartness. Not much carbonation, still little bubbles on the tongue. Medium finish, medium body, not bad, very round.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Citrus-fruity aroma and hints of banana, mildly wheaty accents, clovy, yeasty and a tad skunky sulfuric notes. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Yeasty, fruity and mildly wheaty taste with mainly citric notes, hints of cloves and cautious hoppy spice in the background; fruity and slightly sour, also quite sparkling finish. Okay, but not one of my favourites. 14.IX.16

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, bright amber colour with a mid-sized and off-white foamy head. Biscuity and delicately bready malty aroma with notes of caramel, hints of sulfur and herbal-spicy hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Quite sweet and slightly toasted malty start with caramel, subtle fruity and cautious herbal hoppy notes; sweet and a tad restrained bitter hoppy finish with a whiff of herbal spice and caramel. A bit stronger and with more character than your usual Festbier, still a tad too sweet for my personal taste. 13.IX.16

(bottle, 33cl) Almost clear, golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet, slightly buttery and delicately bready malty aroma with mildly herbal and subtle fruity hops. Moderately sweet and cautious bitter flavour, light bodied but not watery with a smooth carbonation. Initially buttery and slightly doughy malty taste with mildly drying herbal hops; sweet malty and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Likeable, not a must. 13.IX.16
