Taster at the brewery. It poured pitch black with a tan head. A fruity/floral hoppiness combined with roasty chocolate in the aroma. Medium bodied, the taste was very roasty chocolate and delicious.

Can - lightly hazy gold - fairly frothy lace - nose is a little dull, but has some notes of citrus, grass, melon, tropical fruit - soft carbonation, medium body- flavor is medium sweet, lightly bitter, mildly acidic - some grassy hoppiness, moderate tropical flavor, some pepper, mild mineral - simple, but enjoyable enough.
