Really nice aroma with roasted notes, coffee, nuts and some malt. Flavour is malty with nuts, coffee, some semi‐dark chocolate and nuts. Very good dunkel!

Aroma is somewhat light and swee with bready malt and distant herbal notes. Flavour is also somewhat sweet with malt, bready notes, some grain and herbs. Quite boring.

Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma of malty caramel, earthy notes and hints of yeast. Taste is sweetish with a lot of malty caramel, some hints of earthy notes. Malty and sweetish finish. Quite well balanced doppelbock.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Minimally sweet malty aroma with a touch of hay. Taste is minimally sweet malty with a citrus touch. a grainy note, a touch of hay.
