Eines muss man dem Bier lassen: Es ist mein erstes alkoholfreies Dunkles. Geschmacklich hat es zwar keinen komischen metallischen oder süßlichen Todesgeschmack wie manche helle Vertreter, aber wirklich gut ist es auch nicht. Es hat einige malzige Aromen, aber es fehlt irgendwie an Körper und es bleibt ein komischer Nachgeschmack und man merkt klar, dass es ein alkoholfreies Bier ist.

Auch wenn ich hier etwas gegen den Strom schimmen muss, so bleibe ich dabei: Ich finde dieses Bier nicht schlecht -und das nicht weil es bio ist, sondern einen eigenen charakteristischen Geschmack nach Heu und Wiese zum einfachen Hellen-Geschmack, was mache vielleicht als Fehlaroma deuten mögen. Eine nette Abwechslung mal abseits des Einheitsgeschmacks.

Es gibt besseres Bier, aber schlechteres alkoholfreies und/oder kalorienreduziertes Bier. Es hat einen recht leichten Geschmack, der zwar etwas wässrig wirkt, aber dafür keine chemisch-süßliche Note wie einige Industrie-Alkoholfreie. Sicher kein großes Geschmackserlebnis, aber wenn man schon Alkohol oder Kalorien reduzieren muss, kann man es nehmen.

Flascherl: Golden, hazy, no head to speak of, sweetish corny and worty nose with certain traces of bubble-gum; mild sweetish and hardly bitter flavour, light bodied; shorter sweetish corny finish with a - again - hardly detectable bitterness in the aftertaste. A punishment, poor people suffering from Coeliac disease...
