On tap at La Capsule Lille. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, candy and light tropical fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, candy, light tropical fruits and touch of caramel with some alcohol in the finish. Not the freshest one, probably bit too long on tap.

Süffiger, trocken herber und stark hopfiger Beginn. Milde Süße, deutliche Bitterkeit, grasig, würzig. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, spritzig, frisch und stark bitter hopfig bleibend. Würzig, langer hopfiger Nachhall, Pfirsich, gut. 9/12/10/12/8/11

440ml can bought to take away from Hopology, Leicester and drunk at home. Mid-gold colour, hazy with very little head. Lots of orange peel in the aroma,, sticky mango, grassy notes. Bittersweet taste. It certainly doesn’t run away with the sweetness, but has a lovely balance with the bitterness pushing through the hoppy fruitiness mid-sip. Thin to medium body with carbonation on the heavy side. Not my favourite Sudden Death beer but I still enjoyed it.

Can from Stacks. Hazy orange, small, white head. Aroma of triple sec, orange peel, mango, apricot, pineapple, hashish, diesel, cheese rind. Taste has sweet pineapple, peach & apricot in a cake-like, honeyish malt body with dank notes of cheese, sweat & hashish. Floral hops in the finish, lingering juicy stone fruit and warming triple sec-like alcohol. Medium body, fluffy texture, average carbonation. Pretty intense, on the sweet side but it hits the spot.
