Bottle. Clear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is honey, grains, grassy, a bit ethanol, quite bready. Taste is honey, lightly grassy, grains, cereal, mineralic, beadcrust. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun, but not too expressive.

12th Sep 2018, half-litre, on tap in Zapfhahn, Bamberg. Clear golden body, full white crown on top. There is a malty front to both the aroma and taste, the grassy, floral hops arrive late in the mouth to give an almost bitter finish. Nice.

Holzfass into a Steinkrug. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy malts, earthy, q bit grainy. Taste is juicy malts, earthy, mineralic. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Decent, at least in this condition at the Sandkerwa.
