bottle, thanks to Bochum. Clear golden colour, medium-sized head. Malty and sweet, full-bodied with a shy fruityness and a touch of aromatic hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with light notes of alcohol and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and honey, leading to a dry bitter finish. The alcohol bites slightly in the mouth.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Light grassy and light cardboardish aroma. Flavour is dry malty, light spiced and with a light cardboardish note. Growing bitterness and dry finish.

Rerate from bottle : dusty honeyish, light sticky, chewy, grainy, minerallic herbal Hops, lightly stuffy. Old rating: 6 4 8 4 16 Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Hazy dark golde, big golden foam. Bready, grassy nose. Quite chewy honeybread base with a good amount of flowery and fruity aromatics. Solid mouthfeel, light sparkly mouthfeel. Good balance - süffig and fresh - good one!.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy, minimal of-white head. Sweet and slightly yeasty wheat-malty nose with complex fruit aromas of citrus, banana and peaches, accompanied by light spicy phenols (cloves, vanilla). Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Good wheat-character, slightly yeasty and moderately fruity taste; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish with light spicy notes. Well-balanced and clean Weizen (10.03.08).

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a small creamy white head. Slightly sweet grainy and light herbal hoppy nose with shy notes of honey. Light bitter flavour, light to medium carbonation with a mild, slightly crispy mouthfeel. Soft malty, slightly grainy and chalky taste with moderate herbal hoppy notes; dry and slightly bitter finish with a tinge of metal. Average (18.02.07).

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short creamy white layer. Sweet apricot- and citrus-fruity pale malt aroma with a shy hoppy shine in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a light carbonation. Pretty dry malty, minimal grainy and herbal hoppy taste; almost lingering bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Really “ungespundet” and almost bone-dry. Except for the colour a classic Franconian Lager (17.02.08).

Bottle: Pale golden, clear, visible carbonation, small creamy and stable head; grainy-dusty nose with a tinge of pale sweet malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft, smooth MF; dry bitter-sweet finish with a hoppy, but also metallic touch. O.K, not so convincing...........

Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Clear golden coloured, visible carbonation, mid-sized, slowly collapsing white head; sweet malty to bisquity nose with a tinge of vegetables; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; a light, but lingering bitterness in the sweet-bisquity finish. O.K., but a bit monotonous.........

Milder Antrunk, die würzige Note ist wirklich unendlich mild und erinnert anfänglich in keinster Weise an einen Bock. Auch im Mittelteil lässt sich die Sorte nicht erkennen, die Würze hat sich nur wenig verstärkt und hat auch noch Konkurenz von einem süßen und klebrigen Ton bekommen, der später etwas bitter wird und eigentlich der kräftigste ist. Im Abgang ist dieses Aroma ebenfalls führen, hintergründig leichte Bockbiertöne. Entäuschend. Ich habe keine Ahnung mit wem ich dieses Bier getauscht habe, trotzdem danke hierfür.
