Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains and dates with bread and some Belgian yeast supporting. Flavor has lots of bread and Belgian yeast with dates supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a very pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma is Brett forward with light tart lemon and wheat backing. Flavor has lots of Brett and sweet wheat with a bit of tart lemon.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has funk with sweet grains and a bit of flora underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and flora with some light fruits and funk buying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of coconut with a bit of tropical fruits underlying. Flavor has a good amount of sweet coconut and grains with a touch of citrus.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy grapefruit with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice tart strawberry with a touch of lactose underlying. Flavor has a nice tart strawberry with sweet grains and a bit of lactose.

Bottle pours black with a thin tan ring of fine bubbles. Thick sweet very chocolatey aromas. Tootsie rolls and woody burbon flavors. Lots of smooth softnsweet roast flavors. Decent ABV burn at the end.

22oz bottle thanks to toby. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts chocolate sweetness bourbon barrel vanilla. Taste is more of the nice roast malts chocolate sweetness and bourbon barrel.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2016. Pours a near clear gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has a light tart fruit note with earthy grains, Belgian yeast and bread supporting. Flavor has light tart fruits with grass, earthy grain and Belgian yeast backing.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2015. Pours a hazy bright gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has an earthy grass hop note with a strong earthy grain and biscuit backbone. Flavor has more bitter grass with a touch of pine with a backbone of grain and biscuit.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2015. Pours a cloudy light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains, a touch of earthiness, Belgian yeast, a bit of cherry and a dark grain backbone. Flavor has sweet dark grains with cherry and a bit of spice underlying.
