16 oz can from Total Wine - Las Vegas. Pours a semi-clear gold color with a white head and good retention. Good lacing. Mixed malt and light yeast aroma. The flavor is a little more yeast and hops than sweet malt, with a hint of booze in the finish. A little too much yeast and hops for my liking. Medium body and medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

On tap @Able Baker Vegas, September '23. Nearly clear, dark amber, frothy pour. Honey oats with a little lemon & confection sugar nose. Soft lemon tea upfront, thin & mildly sharp malt, prickly pith bitterness on the tail, bit vapid. Okay. A little too mellow on flavor.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 10/09/23. Black with a good sized lasting khaki head. Nose is dried fruit rinds, roast malts, charr, cocoa sprinkle. Taste comprises roast malts, light dusty hop presence, toffee, charr, biscuit, dried fruit rinds, good liquorice hit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Flavoursome stout.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a mahogany colored body that has copper hued edges and supports a tiny ring of light tan foam bubbles. The modest aroma offers up malts, a bit of malt sweetened roasted malts and a faint chocolate note. The taste delivers fairly firm flavor goodness with roasted malts and a dash of dark roasted malts mingling with sweeter malts. To midway it picks up light notes of molasses drizzled over chocolate. This comes together nicely. Solid offering.

Can: Poured a dark brown with a reddish edges, fast dissipating beige head. Aroma is rich roasted malts, molasses, chocolate. Taste is rich roasted malts, burnt molasses, chocolate, ashy dry finish.

16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is grain some spice and wheat. Taste is more of the nice spice grain and some grass.
