Gezapft in der Brauerei. Helles Bernstein, schöner Schaum, trüb. Aroma Zitrus, Hefe, Hopfen. Geschmack: Voll, stark nach Getreide oder Brot. Relativ trocken. Später etwas neutraler. Wenig bitter, leichte Süße.

May ’15. On tap at the brewpub (Munich airport). It poured hazy lighter orange body with quite big head. Fine and typical Weizen aroma, like banana, spices and a bit on the sourish side, too. Flavor was more bubblegum and banana, generally lightly sweet. A bit chalky yeasty, just enough. Very light spices. Medium in body, but quite lighter than most of the local craft wheats, although still a very nice one.

May ’15. On tap at the brewpub (Munich airport). It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Pleasantly hopped herbal aroma and bread malty to the much lesser extent. Flavor was lightly bitter, but malt was present, too, like grain and biscuit. Medium bodied. Fine, long herbal and grassy dry finish. A fine brewpub helles.

May ’15. On tap at the brewpub (Munich airport). It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Malty honey and lemon aroma. Lightly hoppy. A bit chalky flavor, bitter, lemony and herbal, also slightly peppery. Malt notes were less pronounced. Medium in body with long finish considering the style. Fine honey malt was again dominating the aftertaste. A very pleasant pils with lots of typical brewpub characteristics.
