Description
We are a Cooperative Brewery in Belfast owned and run by our members. Opening our doors in 2014, we are the first brewery in NI to bring together modern US styles with the more traditional Belgian/French style beers.
They’ve been leading the way in their native Northern Ireland, specialising in excessively hoppy Pale Ales, decadent Stouts and barrel-aged Sours and Saisons. Utilising the legendary Simpson’s Malt, a broad variety of American hops and all yeasts great and small Boundary beer is always of the highest quality, full of exciting flavours and packaged in beautiful cans.

400ml on tap at Man in the Moon, shared with Finn. Spiced ripe fruity aromas, promising. Blended flavours of lightly spiced citrus fruits followed by a satisfying bitter citrus finish. Well bodied. Nice (Stockholm, 03.11.2025).
