(Draught at St. Urho’s Pub Sahti Days ’10) Poured reddish brown and cloudy. Head formation was minimal. Aroma contained juniper and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were juniper. sweetness, tartness, lightly banana, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste contained sweetness and juniper.

(Draught at the brewpub) Poured orange and cloudy. Head was white and medium sized. Aroma contained hops, fruitiness and resin. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, resin, citricness, sweetness and bitterness. Afertaste was fruity and bitter.

Draught (Helsinki Beer Festival 2010) - Amber in colour. Slightly fruity aroma with hints of caramel and dried fruit. Tangy, hoppy and fruity taste with dried fruit, grapefruit and caramel.

Draught at HBF 2010, shared with SaintMatty. Poured a murky amber/red with an off white head. American hops in the nose, grapefruity in the sweetish nose. Nice sweet maltiness overrun by full hoppy bitterness, overall quite lovely.

Draught at the bruuvpub heh. Poured a lovely red body with a thick small white head that went away fast. Sweet soapy nose, maybe strawberry. Odd fruity taste, chewing gum, maltiness, kinda dusty, slightly crudely biter, strawberries again, being lovely by slightly less pleasant flavors. Interesting if anything and nice.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured an orange murky body with a small white head. Sweet and hoppy nose, carrying some kind o f strange dry maltiness. Soft and malty taste, sometimes soapy, a bit dry, dominated by something orange-like. Ok enough if pale in comparison to the Severin I’ve had earlier.

Dark copper-amber color, tiny white head. Sweetish berries and flowery hoppyness in the nose. Talvi is quite bitter like it’s American prototypes. Flavor has some strawberry jam and flowery hoppyness. Certainly this brew has similarities to some earlier Bruuveri beers.

Draught@Bruuveri, Helsinki. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, quite grassy as well as mildly fruity and bready and caramelmalts. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with some bready malts as well as mild wooden notes. Also some slight syrupy/burnt sugary and grassy notes. Interesting and wellbrewed beer from Bruuveri.

Bottled@Bruuveri, Helsinki. August 2008. Hazy yellowish orange colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is rather fruity, some wheat as well as some mild rubber and yeast. Flavour is fruits, wheat, some herbal notes as well as mild bitterness in the finish.

Draught@Bruuveri in late Nov 2007, shared with mto during the "Sahti on the tastes so much better on the streets". Hazy nut brown/deep ambery colour with small off-white head. Aroma is yeast, some strawberries and raspberries along with some grainy notes as well. Fruity and berryish flavour along with some yeast and mild spruce in it as well. Biting carbonation. Rather strange IPA...
