Sample thanks to Grumbo! Clear gold pour. Rum-like sweet nuances creeping into view, caramelised fruit, soft tannins.. decent characterful natural cider.

Bottle from Hayles Farm shop, Winchcombe, Gloucestershire Sunday 8th July 2012 Pours clear gold, no carbonation. This is quite Basque in style, quite citric, lemony and a little thin but ok. Lacks a real fullness of flavour and not the appley juiciness of others but despite the apparent criticism its fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

From a polypin at the Tewkesbury Beer Fesitval, 4/2/2011. Slightly hazy and golden in colour. Flavour of tart apples, with a hint of vinegar and wood. Very dry in the mouth, with a touch of apple fruit, some cheese and a very tart finish. Good.

@GBBF2008. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is bluecheese, bacon and egg. Flavour is quite much the same. Seems like this one was still germenting or something? Pretty much a decent "whatever you want in your breakfast - our cider has it".
