Summer of hops India Dark Ale 7.1% a muddy brown as they don’t filter any of their beers. The nose is herbal pine and chocolate(aramis, chinook & simcoe). Chewey chocolatey bread from the malts with a refreshing hoppy character. Quite good, I think the balance between chocolate malts and hops was well done.

Bottle shared at GBBF that I picked up at the brewery, you’re welcome guys. An amber-brown plot with a thick beige head. Med-light with a zesty body. The taste is hoppy citrus and coffee cakes. Maybe a bit of whiskey notes as well. Alright.

Sample at the Brewery. Deck & Donahue 6.5% an orange gold with a foamy beige head. The nose is more resinous and malty sweet than the Summer of Hops - Golden IPA. The taste is woodsy pine bark, dank, quite a raspy carbonation and a dry finish.

Mission pale ale 4.8% a deep orange with a malty caramel and citrusy hop nose. The maltiness of their hoppy beers. Fairly dry chalky finish on the medium body. Solid.

Sample at the brewery. Clem’s summer wheat 4.5% a lovely cloudy gold. The nose is wheat and light fruity hoppiness. The taste is chewy pale malts with a light hoppiness. A nicely balanced wheat midway between a U.S. Wheat and a French wheat.

Sample at the Brewery. 4.8% Trouble #6 made with 4 grains. A cloudy gold with a foamy white head. The taste is chewy grains, bready with some fruitiness. Average but nice enough.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly head, touch hazy pallish yellow color, aroma of pine and apricot with some citrus, flowery flavor with a light fruitiness and a medium grapefruit bitterness, light but quite noticable sourness. Nice and easy.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Cris. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of nice fruity hops and some not-so-nice diacetyl. Rather dry flavor with wheat, fruity hops, and a bitter finish. Light-bodied. Pretty nice and refreshing.

GBBF Day 2. Bottle share. Thanks to whoever opened this. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Sweetish malts, some cream. Little caramel. Tangy fruits. Dry floralness. Some bitterness on the dry finish. Not bad.
