Deck & Donohue is twenty years of passion for the world of tasty beer. Founded in 2013 by Thomas Deck and Mike Donohue, the brewery presented its first recipe in March 2014. Then settled in Montreuil, Mike and Thomas brew, bottle and deliver relentlessly. Their passion project comes to life. In 2016, the team grew and moved to Bonneuil sur Marne, our current address. A 1000m2 brewery that combines craftsmanship and modernity for balanced beers and preserved know-how. In 2019, our Deck & Donohue beers are certified organic and the brewery is switching to renewable energy for its production. In 2020, the brewery adopts the legal framework of Business to Mission and thus becomes the first brewery to choose this status created by the PACTE law of 2019.
Today, Deck & Donohue is a team of 14 enthusiasts who create, brew and distribute with conviction and enthusiasm a wide range of tasty beers, certified organic.

Very pale golden color with a white head with short duration and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of light malts, hay and slightly citrus hops. Flavor is mild bittery with wheaty notes with some yeast. Notes of wheat in the final with mild bitterness and a dry mouthfeel.

Golden color with a creamy white head with good retention. Aroma has notes of light malts with mild fruits. Flavor is slightly bittery with fruity notes, mainly some citrusy hints. MIld body on palate with light bitterness.

Golden color with a white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of yeast with fruity notes and some flowery. Flavor is slightly sweet with fruity and flowery notes and all things are dominated by yeast.

Check this tasting, Odense 2015. Near black with a lasting off-white head. Dark malty aroma with licorice and dark chocolate and light fruity notes of peach and orange. Dry and roasted flavour with coffee and chocolate notes and light fruity notes.

Les Trois 8, Paris tap: Pours light brown with an off-white head. Aroma is earthy and maybe a bit fruity. Taste is malty and sweet with some floral elements. Interesting take on a wheat beer to say the least. Glad to see some experimentation.

les Trois 8, Paris tap - pours clousy gold with white head. Aroma is tropical fruit apricot and lemon. taste is slightly bitter. A little sweet. Very fruity. Sorachi ace, I believe is driving most of the flavor

Pale golden color with a good formation of a white headwith good retention and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of citrus, some tangerine and slightly floral hops. Flavor is slightly sweet at th ebeginning with bready notes; afterwards some bittery notes with fruity hits, mainly grapefruit and citrus. Creamy and oily final with a decent bitterness and good maltiness. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at Le Supercoin, Paris on 29th November 2014. Hazy copper with thin off-white foam. Grapefruit aroma with berry fruits and spices. Tangy citrus in-mouth with grapefruit and hints of tangerine. Citric finish with spicy notes. Zingy mouthfeel and light body.
