Hazy amber, thin head. Aroma had sirop de Lige, plums, a bit of stewed tomato, grape jelly. Sweet, has a toasty note, the fruity elements aren’t as complex on the palate.

Tasting at Matt’s
Brown color, unclear, the head disappears quickly. The aroma has some caramel, more caramel in the flavor, some roasted nuts, and some chemicals here and there. Not very good.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out notes of caramel, bready malt, and lots of yeast. Flavour is very messy, with loads of messy yeast, followed by caramel and bready notes. Messy as hell, with a yeasty finish. Uncoordinated and abrasive. Not good.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. En bra IPA med östkusttouch. Smak och doft av persika, resin, jäst, gräs och örter. Tunn kropp, lätt sötma, beska med smak av grapefrukt.
