We are a team of fourteen people working with passion to offer you a wide range of beers of taste and balance. We are proud to share our vision of beer, a simple product vector of noble conviviality. We are passionate about eating well and drinking well, driven by a quest for meaning: to do well and to drink well.
Deck & Donohue is twenty years of passion for the world of tasty beer. Founded in 2013 by Thomas Deck and Mike Donohue, the brewery presented its first recipe in March 2014. Then settled in Montreuil, Mike and Thomas brew, bottle and deliver relentlessly. Their passion project comes to life. In 2016, the team grew and moved to Bonneuil sur Marne, our current address. A 1000m2 brewery that combines craftsmanship and modernity for balanced beers and preserved know-how. In 2019, our Deck & Donohue beers are certified organic and the brewery is switching to renewable energy for its production. In 2020, the brewery adopts the legal framework of Business to Mission and thus becomes the first brewery to choose this status created by the PACTE law of 2019.

Bottle, thanks EricKok! Dark brown color, Caramel and chocolate in the aroma. Malty sweet, soft roasty flavor with caramel, milk chocolate and a hint of licorice. Thinnish, but tasty and aromatic.

Bottle. Golden color. Citrus, soft herbal notes and vinegar in the aroma. Citrus flavor, slightly herbal with apple vinegar. Thin, sharp. past its peak.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Soft lemon, lime, sweet doughy wheat, grassy, bitter kumquats. Medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied with a bit creamy feel.

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 10th November 18. Pours quite clear for a beer these days. Aroma is tropical and desiccated coconut., taste is light coconut, aromatic, maybe tropical. Bit messed up for me.

Bouteille 33cl, Bottled 06/09/18, BB 06/03/2019. Dorée, léger paille, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet fermenté, fruité agrumes en rétro assez prononcées - citronnelle, citron vert, tropical fruit de la passion - sour, funk. ananas. Palais est aigre effet Berliner. Effet fruité agrumes, pas mal de citronné, pomello sur un fini de bonbon Napoléon, passion pour l'effet tropical mais sour sur la fin, hoppy touch. Retrouve rien ou pas grand chose en terme de saison.
