Bottle shared at GBBF 2015 - cheers to Phil. Pours cloudy amber-gold with a foamy white head. The nose holds creamy toffee, bread, light yeast. Medium sweet flavour, bready, more toffee, dried fruits. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet in the finish, some further dried toffee, mellow woody notes, leathery fruits. OK stuff.

5/9/2018. Bottle at Monk - La Taverne Cluny, Paris. Pours hazy/cloudy pale amber with a big foamy just off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, fruit, caramel, biscuit and light pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily and chalky texture, soft carbonation. Very well balanced, enjoyed this.

Tap at La Robe et La Mousse in Paris. Muddy orange pour, small foam. Nose: well...serving beers in teku is not easy for me to make a try, anyway. Grassy, confusing and caotic grassiness. Perhaps too much hops for the extract the brewer aimed. Mouth: again a bit over the top. An extra bitter beer without a real orientation.

Tap at La Robe et la Mousse in Paris. Golden hazy pour, short foam. Nose: grapefruit, cereals. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, tart grapefruit, a bit citric. Does not match with a lager per-say, but solid.
