50cl from tap at Põrgu, Tallinn. Slightly hazy deep amber with a small off-white head. Hoppy and herbal aroma with pine, caramel, citrus and hints of tropical fruits. Medium sweet with hoppy flavours a fairly bitter finish. Doesn’t compleately convince me, but a decent IPA.

33cl bottle (as "Vormsi Testpruul Okkaline Õlu (IPA 5.5%) ") in Tallinn. Pours very hazy amber with almost no head, just some bubbles when pouring. Somewhat strange slightly earthy aroma with notes of ripe fruits, citrus, malt and hints of herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with almost a bit funky flavours, mild acidity and moderate bitterness. Strange, but still quite drinkable.

Tap at Pörgu, Tallinn. Deep amber color, steady beige head. Fruity piney, berryish, a bit sticky aroma. Medium-bodied. Front has sweet berries (strawberry) then piney flavors. Some vegetables-wood notes in the finish. Sweet, home-brewish ipa - maybe yeast didn’t work properly.

Tap @ Põrgu. Pours hazy dark amber with beige head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is caramel, citrus, mandarins, pine. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, pine, fruits, mandarins. Finish is intense pine bitter. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: good one. I was very hesitant to try it after disappointing bottled 5.5% version, but this was a lot better. Maybe the other one was unfinished or something... Rating: 7:4:7:3:15=3.6 Earlier Rating: 11/9/2014 Total Score: 2.6Bottle (As "Vormsi Testpruul Okkaline Õlu (IPA 5.5%)"). (Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 02.2015, at Hell Hunt, 20140715) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had liquorice, metallicness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, metallic and bitter. Othewise ok brew but the scents and flavours resembling a tin can were displeasing.
