750ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours a rich swede golden yellow. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, overripe fragrant orange peel, touch of spice, damp oak, apple skin, leather, whiff of manure and some bright gooseberry. The taste is firm upfront, drying, woody tannin, leather, dried leaves, spritz of acidity, lemon sherbet, granny smith apple, gooseberry, bitter apple skin and a splash of white wine with a drying and woody finish. Medium body and quite soft and lively in the mouth.almoat akin to a classy white wine. Lovely dryness and tannin.

750ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Orange gold colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, funk, mucky, woody. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, funk, loamy, woody, herbal, with mucky hints and drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying earthy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Kumlefjorden Juleølsmaking 2022. Golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apples, yeast, flower. Flavor is apples, cellar notes, grass, flower, sulphur, yeast. OK/Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear golden colored cider with some white bubbles around the rim. The aroma has a touch of cellar, with lots of fresh apple. Grass, apple cores and a touch of flowery perfume. It’s full-bodied, dry and softly carbonated. Fresh apple, apple cores, some grass and flower. A hint of sulfur and a faint chemical touch. 221126
