Es de color marrón claro, casi rojizo con espuma blanquecina de buena formación inicial. En nariz destacan las notas licorosas, maltas tostadas, caramelo. En boca destaca por su intenso sabor amargo, resinoso, notas a madera, licoroso y leves notas a melazas. Final contundente, con mucho cuerpo, resinoso, leves notas a cáscara naranja y con fuerte amargor.
