(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, pilsener golden with a small, white head. Lightly malty aroma. Medium body, sweetish malty with a cardboardish edge. Rather solid, hoppy finish. 060706

330ml bottle from Alko in Turku, Finland. Consumed while watching the match between Brazil and Croatia on TV.
Pale golden with moderate foam. Promising start with fresh lager aroma containing hops and grain. After that the beer was a declining experience. Some sweet fruit flavour and not so much more. Soft and medium mouthfeel. Missing aftertaste. Very average for its style.

Bottle 0,5l. Golden colour. A disappearing white head. Sweet malty aroma. The strength comes through warming your cheek. A bit dull. KI=8

Sampled at the Midnight Sun drinking party in Tromsø 10.06.2006.
Golden colour with a rocky foam. Aroma of malt. Not so much taste apart from the alcohol. Presented as a doppelbock, but gives more an impression of a strong, rather tasteless, lager.

A hazy orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a slight touch of smoke, and so is the flavor.

Bottled (BBE 08/2004...). Golden colour, small white head. Hayish/yeasty aroma with sweet malts in too, also weakly cooked vegetables. Hayish and malty flavour with biting hops in finish. Very mild flavour though. Some sweetness all the way through. 1,5 year old lager, I had expected it would have been horrible by now... Watery palate.

(Bottle 33 cl) Amber colour with a creamy, white head. Fat, sweetish malty nose. Incredibly solid body with loads of sweet caramel malt and some potent alcohol. A very solid brew. 030106

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber colour with a small, beige head. Lovely aroma of caramel. Flavour is full of the same caramel, but it’s still fresh and mainly dry. Pleasant fruity notes which could make you believe that this is actually topfermented, but yes I also vote for the Vienna classification. Very pleasant. 270905

(Bottle 33 cl) "Another bland and boring Finnish pils", Pernille would probably say about this - but it’s not really THAT bad. Pale golden, pretty much without any head but high on CO2. A bit of malt-sweetness, almost no bitterness. Slight alcoholic notes. 040605
