Very dark beer with medium blond head. Aroma is slightly roasted and metallic. Flavour is roasted and dry. This needs more "kick" into body because now it is too light and water-like. I would like to give more points to my old korppi-friend, but I cannot do that... I’m sad.

Bottle, shared by papsoe. Clear, a bit pale golden pour, under a small, off-white head. Malt, some sweetness and fruityness, as well as notes of hops and grass in the aroma. The flavor is grainy-sweet, with some fruityness and bitterness. Quite dry in the mouth. Grassy, hop-bitter finish. Drinkable but boring. (071006)

33cl Can- Golden in colour with large foamy head. Sweet, grassy aroma. Low carbonation and easy to drink but does not taste as strong as it is or have much flavour. Slight hint of citrus and pears in the taste. Quite sweet.

Can (BB 03/2008)
Clear golden color, big cloudy white head. Grainy and soapy aroma has almost corn-like sweet notes, but I suppose it is not from corn. Fizzy mouthfeel, decent body - it is not thin but it is watery! Light malty flavor with notes of sweetness ... no aftertaste ... no substance ... no character. More or less like regular Olvi pale lagers. Olvi has a female brewmaster, she should start brewing more interesting beers!
