Bottled (BB 09(2004)
Typical lager color with lively CO2 and mostly vanishing white head. Strange soapy and woody aroma. Very watery - typical Olvi - mouthfeel with very weak maltiness. This one really tastes like a bulk lager.

Lager color, small white head. Sweet metallic malt aroma. Sweet malty flavor, watery palate. Slight alcohol bite in the finish. Quite similar to III version, just gave to it a few points too much :)

Typical lager color, foamy small white head, lace. Aroma is very mild: malty and soapy. Typical watery Olvi-mouthfeel. Light-bodied with a light hop bitterness in the finish.

Lightly hoppy mixed with "an articifal corn aroma". Pale lager outlook with small white vanishing head, lots of CO2. Taste is very close to water - just some malts. On the other hand, it is not tasting bad, just lame :)

Typical lager color, small white foamy/creamy head. Lots of carbonation. Light metallic hop aroma. Watery very slightly malty flavor - typical to Olvi products. Easy to forget. (3/2/3/2/6 1.6)

Golden color, small white head. Strange yeasty and skunky aroma. Carbonated, soft yeasty malty flavor (not like really yeast, but similar taste). Malty aftertaste. (3/2/3/2/7 1.7)

Classic dunkel outlook: dark reddish brown, light brown head. Not much aroma, just some hints of sweet malt. Flavors are much too weak and watery, only some sweet and soapy malt taste. (4/4/5/3/8 2.4)
Re-rated, bottled, gravity 11,5% (BB 12/2004)
Dark ruby, tanned head. Dry, woody, sour nose. Bitter, notes of sugar and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel is watery. (5/4/6/3/10 2.8)

Fizzy golden appearance, white head vanished in seconds. Sweet and industrial malty aroma. Some sweet malt flavor rapidly changing to watery tasteless finish. Not the worst lager anyhow: it has some taste and not any ugly metallic flavors.

Bottled. Golden colour. Clean and thin with no bitterness and not much flavour. Pointless but at least not offensive.

(33 cl can). Golden lager, low head, some hops in the aroma but not much, slightly sweet, at least some malts are detectable in "the best Finnish ground water". Drinkable (not offensive), but far from great.

(Can). I only sampled the contents of half the can (without much carbonation) as the other half leaked out in my suitcase during the flight from Helsinki(!) But even a normal carbonation couldn't possibly have hidden the fact that this is just another golden "get drunk fast" strong lager, quite uninteresting in any aspect. I give it a few points for not being blatantly offensive.
