Description

We brouwen ons bier volgens de slogan "Beer for Thought".

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is fruity hop with ripe-ish citrus, orange, tropical fruits, notes of mango and some pine resin. Mild oniony dankiness. Flavour is sweetish with a bitter boozy finish and some hopburn. Medium body. Plenty hoppy but not what I want from a NEIIPA, lacks balance, too heavy/harsh.

Loads of bourbon and whisky in the aroma with oak barrel, chocolate, calvados, some vanilla, roasted malt, dried fruits, hint of chocolate cake, soy sauce, some alcohol. Sweet flavour, some roasty bitterness, moderately boozy finish. Full body. Even more to my liking than Blend I, and a great beer overall.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is grainy malt, fruity notes, some straw. Struck me as sweet at first, but there's a light sourness as well. Moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Some things here that I like, some things I don't like (mostly in the flavour).
